Here's what you can expect the night of:
11:00 PM

Food drop-off begins: Food donors may drop off food items in the front of the school. Designated volunteers will mark down the items received & take the items to their appropriate regions.

1:00 PM

International Night begins! Attendance to the event is FREE. Attendees should park in the student/teacher parking lots and enter through the back of the school where the bus lanes are. Upon entering, attendees will be directed to the Lower Level Lecture Hall where there will be informational booths and booths for those who have pre-ordered live viewing tickets for the show to claim their wristbands.
During this time, attendees will be able to travel to each of the 7 regions and participate in various activities as well as sample a variety of cultural foods. |
3:00 PM

At this time, the "Exploring the Regions" part of International Night ends and regions will be shut down and cleaned up in order to prepare for the Show:

3:30 PM

The show begins!

5:00 PM
|
The show ends! International Night 2023 will come to a wrap! Crowd control will direct attendees to appropriate exits. Please listen to any instructions given to ensure a safe and orderly exit for all attendees. Any volunteers on clean-up should remain and begin clean-up as directed by the heads.

5:30 PM

No attendees should still be in the school. If you are waiting on a ride, please do so outside.
