With the coronavirus severely restricting in-person gatherings, International Night had to adapt to the pandemic environment to create a virtual gathering for all to enjoy. Through the INternet was inspired by the digital environment nearly all students lived in during the 2020-2021 school year, and it was to be a means for the community to celebrate diversity together, even if not in-person. "The show must go on," as they say, and the 2021 International Committee worked hard for months alongside our PTSA and teacher-sponsors to provide an online cultural experience for all to enjoy. The event was held on February 6, 2021, as a YouTube livestream filled with music, dancing, and vivid energy from both the performers and the audience for GSMST's exceptional cultural diversity.
